Reiki is a traditional, holistic and time-tested treatment for a wide range of ailments including anxiety, headaches, constipation, respiratory problems and fat digestion.
Following energy lines in your body called meridians I can find energetic blockages and release them using light massage strokes, visualisation and energy transference by placing my hands lightly on or slightly above various areas of your body. You may feel a gentle warmth, tingling sensation, or deep relaxation as the Reiki energy flows through you.

Eden Energy Medicine - Kinesiology

Eden Energy medicine techniques include yogic and tai-chi exercises and postures for specific energetic effects, massaging or tapping certain points on the skin, tracing energy pathways over the body with crystals or magnets and working with visualizations and affirmations.

Kinesiology tests can pinpoint where peoples’ energies have become stagnant and blocked and then you can be taught various techniques in order to balance these energies to heal physical and emotional issues.

Each eden energy medicine session is unique in a half hour treatment basic energy imablances can be found and corrected with acupressure and lymphatic drainage massage and by teaching a few simple techniques to stay in balance at home. With more time more kinesiology testing can be done to find out which energy pathways are blocked and various corrections can be made to recreate a good flow within the body. With 90 minutes massage can be done on the body using myofacial release or aromatherapy oils to give a much fuller deeper balance and create a sense of peace and restoration to the whole system.

Weight Loss & Cellulite Treatments

Your treatment starts with a consultation about why you feel you are holding onto weight. Based on your responses I'll develop a guided meditation script unique to you and record it while you are being massaged with a blend of oils unique to your needs. Energy medicine acupressure points and aromatherapy massage are blended to bring you into a state of deep relaxation to aid you to relax to open up your subconscious to take on new opinions and clear away beliefs that are maintaining your weight.

Exfoliating Back Scrub

Add on a scrub and get a mini treat to rejuvenate the skin on your back. Himalayan sea salt and essential oils help detoxify your skin and with hot mitts leaving you feeling uplifted and with baby soft skin. I then work on reflex points down the back to boost the immune system and acupressure points and meridian flows on the arms, hands, head and torso to unblock energy flows. I use baoding balls to stimulate blood flow over the body and stretch certain areas where I pick up blockages.

Hand Massage

Hand massage combines the soothing side of massage with the therapeutic benefits of reflexology. I have often delivered hand massages as part of a group so please get in touch if this is something you'd like. Firstly the hands are cleaned with warm mitts. Then they are warmed up with light stretches and compressions. Long gliding strokes, rocking and trigger point release techniques are then incorporated into the massage of your hands and forearms. For a longer treat a scrub can be used over the forearms and hands and little hot stones and magnets can be used to address arthritic pain over certain acupressure points. This is the perfect treatment for anyone who works with their hands or suffers from stress and anxiety. This is a treatment I often do in groups so if you run a group that would appreciate mini treats then get in touch.

Reflexology

Reflexology is used to treat anxiety, headaches, hormone imbalances and digestive problems.

Firstly your feet are cleaned and warmed with mitts. Then precise pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet that correspond to certain areas of the body. I use a scrub to exfoliate dead skin on the feet and calves and little hot stones to relax the muscles deeply. Reflexology is an instantly relaxing and soothing therapy that benefits anyone who suffers from stress and anxiety.

Thai Foot Massage & Brazilian Toe Technique

Thai Foot Massage massages the lower legs and feet with hands on stretching and massage to “open” Sen (energy) Lines, along with stimulation of the reflex points on the feet to promote general health and well being. Pressure is applied on specific points of your feet to stimulate your internal organs and encourage your body and mind to activate your body’s natural healing mechanism. The Brazilian toe technique amplifies this feeling of relief by holding acupressure points on the toes to calm the entire nervous system. Crystal therapy can be incorporated with stones placed on the body while a relaxing guided meditation helps you to relax you further.

Neal's Yard Facial

Give your skin an extra radiant boost with a facial using natural products to help cleanse away tired skin and give you a youthful glow. Face massage helps relieve tension and congestion in the head and face. Once you are ready, I begin by warming your muscles with light compressions. Then your skin is cleansed, toned, exfoliated and massaged before applying a face mask which is left on while an arm, hand and head massage are performed. The mask is then removed with warm mitts and a serum and moisturiser are applied to leave you with radiant skin to face the day ahead.

This is an Eden Energy Medicine treatment created to restore the hypothalamus back to its natural state by helping one to relax, balance their emotions, remove negative thoughts and create inner peace.

The treatment combines massage techniques with acupressure to engage the body’s general energy flow. Cranial massage connects neurovascular acupressure points on the head and face to help release stress and allow people to open themselves up to deep reservoirs of psychic knowledge.

If desired, a guided meditation can be used as part of your treatment to make you relax further and crystals can be implemented into the technique to increase the energetic flow.
